Do you tend to read to the end of a chapter or can you stop anywhere?

With me, I tend to read until I get to the end of the chapter I'm on. It's easier that way. If I were to stop anywhere in the chapter at any point in the book, I would have to reread the beginning of that chapter. I get confused easily.
Some times I can stop, when the book switches from different point of views. Like how in some books you get into different characters thought process. I can stop at those points too. But Usually I just stop at the next chapter. It keeps things simple :)
Where do you stop?
certainly, I prefer to end at a chapter...but sometimes RL intrudes.
ReplyDeleteI am a whatever kind of reader as far as having to stop at the end of the chapter. It is always nice if I can, but in the real world that isn't always possible.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your answer - thank you for sharing! :)

I try my best to stop at the end of chapters also! http://whatsontheshelf.wordpress.com/2012/05/14/musing-monday-9/
ReplyDeleteI'm a chapter ender, too, if possible.
ReplyDeleteSame with me. Although I did stop at a random part in a book last night, but that was because I was extremely tired. :D Other than that, I always tend to stop at the end of a chapter, or when they're changing scenes or POV's.
