Earth, Fire, Air, Water – they have more power than you dream.
Ever since her ex-boyfriend spread those lies about her, Becca Chandler is suddenly getting all the guys—all the ones she doesn't want. Then she saves Chris Merrick from a beating in the school parking lot. Chris is different. Way different: he can control water—just like his brothers can control fire, wind, and earth. They’re powerful. Dangerous. Marked for death.
And now that she knows the truth, so is Becca.
Secrets are hard to keep when your life’s at stake. When Hunter, the mysterious new kid around school, turns up with a talent for being in the wrong place at the right time, Becca thinks she can trust him. But then Hunter goes head-to-head with Chris, and Becca wonders who’s hiding the most dangerous truth of all.
The storm is coming . . .
This book was AMAZING :) It was an awesome read! I finished this book in a day, it was just that awesome! A definite recommendation. I recommend this book to all you YA lovers :) A must read!
Words can't even describe the amazingness that made up this book. The characters and the amazing storyline, words can't even describe.
I loved every single character! Every single one. They each played a significant role in this story. I love books about the elements :) And I love how each brother has one! Those Merrick brothers are probably my fave! I absolute adored them.
I loved the chemistry between Chris and Becky! I was rooting for him the whole time. There's something that's a little off about Hunter. I still don't trust him, he's too stand offish. Chris was just adorable! From the very beginning I fell in love with him :) Yes, I did! I fell for all those brothers :)
I also really liked Becky. She was tough, but at times I didn't know what she was thinking. Everyone needs to read this book! I just can't contain my excitement :)
This book was action packed!!! It had so many fun elements to it that kept me entertained. I was never bored! It was fast paced and exciting! Oh, and that ending :O I was like what!!?!!! I so was not expecting that HUGE revelation of who the guide was. Shocked me dumb!
Like I said before, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK! A must read :) I need to stop now! I'm so giddy and I already have book 2 from netgalley! Yay :)
