Book Hauling It Up (54)

Hey Everyone :)

I hope everyone has had a great week!
I got a couple books this week that I'm really excited to get to.
Don't forget to leave your haul links.
I'd love to check them out :)

For Review - Edelweiss
This was a shock since Edelweiss loves denying me lol
now i need to hit my library up for book 1 :)

Library - Audio
I actually got this last week, but forgot about it.

Ebooks
Of Silver and Beasts and Lash were pretty cheap.
So I'm really curious to see what these are about.

  1. Nice haul! I would love to get my hands on an audio book of Taken. Hummm, I wonder if there is an audio version and if my library has it. Any who, again very nice haul. I adore the cover for Across a Star-Swept Sea and have a serious cover crush on Lash. Happy Reading!

  14. I remember when I first started getting Edelweiss approvals. I was so excited! I'm auto-approved by Harper now, but any of the other publishers still send a thrill through me when I get their approval email. :)

And I liked Graceling, although it wasn't a favorite. I picked up Fire a while back, though, and can't wait to read that one. Btw, Across A Star-Swept Sea is actually a companion book, so you could probably get away with skipping the first one if you don't have time to get to it.

    Happy reading!

  16. I really want to get my hands on For Darkness Shows the Stars one day. Graceling I loved, and I have heard not-so-great things about Taken. I hope you enjoy them!

  17. I kept putting off borrowing For Darkness Shows the Stars from the library because I really wanted to buy a copy instead, and I finally got one thanks to it being a bargain price book on Amazon this week. Graceling was pretty good- I still have to get to the rest of the series. Happy reading, and thanks for stopping by!

  18. Hahaha. I hope you'll get that first book soon since it's supposedly really good and I can't wait to read it myself :-) Taken - I've only seen awful ratings and sarcastic reviews for it. I hope you'll have better luck though since everyone has different dastes.

JANINA!!! OF SILVER AND BEASTS WAS MY FAVORITE READ OF APRIL! IT WAS AWESOMEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh boy, I can't even begin talking abot how much I loved it, otherwise I'm going to continue writing forever. I hope you'll like it. PS. Please, please, pretty please, post your review on Amazon as well. The cave scene from Caben's POV will happen if we get like 50 reviews on Amazon. Doesn't matter if it's a one star review, as long as it's a review. LOL. I hope you'll have great luck with all your goodies this week and happy reading, Janina :-)
