Thrive, Thrive, Thrive was awesome! At first I was a little thrown off by it. If you've read the spin off books (which I seriously recommend doing if you've started the series) then you're back tracking two years (Kiss the Sky and Hothouse Flowers)and starting up again from there. Once I got into it though, it flowed even though it back tracks. You're now getting things and situations from Lily and Lo's POVs and you're not reading the same scenes over again. You do get a couple of repeat scenes, but trust me, they're just as amazing as before. I don't know if all that made sense, but let me just say read this book if you've not read the spin off series and read this if you HAVE read the spin off series as well. It's definitely a must.

This is the book that I have been waiting for in the Addicted companion novels spin offs (if that's even what they're called?) I have seriously been waiting for Ryke's story all this time and we now have it and it couldn't have been better. It was everything I could have hope for. Hothouse Flower made me feel all kinds of emotions :) I pulled an all nighter reading it and finished it in one sitting minus a 10 minute break. It was that freaking good! I was hooked from the first line all the way up until the last :) I have never waited for a book to go live on amazon like I did this one lol The anticipation was killing me. But yeah, on to the review!

Kiss the Sky is a spin off the Addicted series and it's the story of Rose, Lily's older sister. I was actually really excited to read Kiss the Sky because Rose and Connor have both been a mystery to me since I've started the Addicted series. Rose is sort of like an ice queen. She's mean, but she's smart and cares a lot about her sister Lily and wants to help her get over her addiction. And I love the way that she wants to protect Daisy. Connor has been Rose's boyfriend for over a year now and he's the definition of a smart ass. I've always wanted to get into his mind because he can sometimes be stand offish. For some reason, it's hard for me to write reviews for these books without gushing on the characters, but I'll try my best to get to it.

Ricochet is set between the first book and the second book and I'd definitely recommend reading it before the second book to know what happened in the in between time. If you haven't read the first book this review might contain minor spoilers. In this book, Lily and Loren are separated, but are still trying to manage their addictions. Loren is in rehab and Lily starts to see a therapist. We don't get to see much of Loren in this book, but when he makes an appearance I get really excited. I was glad to see that the two are trying to work through their addictions (Lily: sex addict, Loren: alcoholic). Lily isn't my absolute favorite character, but I do have a tendency to sympathize with even when I start getting annoyed with her character.

The authors have a way of making their problems seem so realistic because I felt like I was struggling along side Lily. While Lo is rehab for 3 months, Lily struggles with staying faithful to him and starts to see a therapist. I was so happy that she was actually taking steps to try and better herself. I feel like she started making true progress in this book and started to show some great development. I also like seeing more of the side characters, Ryke, Daisy, Rose and Conner. Rose and Conner are a great support system for her and so is Ryke even though he has a different way of going about things. I like him :) He's kind hardcore, but the two of them are actually starting to develop a friendship. Overall, the story was good and I really enjoyed it and kept wait to read the sequel to finally see Loren and Lily reunite.

Addicted For Now was an amazing read! In this installment Lo and Lily are reunited again after Lo's time in rehab. I was so happy to see those two back together even though I knew it wasn't going to be all sunshine. The two are still struggling with their addictions, but I loved the dual POV that we get in this book. Being inside of Lo's head really helped to understand him better especially now that he's trying to stay sober. I really liked seeing the sober side to Lo even though he's still the same sarcastic/blunt guy. It gives me a break from Lily's rambling mind. Sometimes her addiction can be a tad bit of a nuisance. I get it, but come on girl try and have SOME control. And the way she can sprout out an excuse or a lie is freaking insane and I swear it's a talent.

The side characters also make these books as good as they are for me because Rose, Conner, Ryke and Daisy each bring a different type of personality to the book. I absolute love Ryke and his personality. Conner is a bit of a mystery and I love the relationship that Lily now has with her two sisters. I wish her other sister was around more, but I sort of get why she isn't. This series has a way of drawing me into the story and keeping me there. Addicted For Now was no exception. I didn't want to put the book down at all. Romance is amazing and so is the connection between the characters. We found out so much information in this book and the mystery behind Lily's crazy stalker was so intriguing! I was dying to know who it was and the person who did it never even crossed my mind. I'd definitely recommend this series if you like these types of stories :)

Addicted to you is what I would consider to be my first true feel of the New Adult genre. And to be honest, it just felt like I was reading a romance except with younger characters. But anyways, I liked Addicted to You. The drama in this book was very interesting. This is the second book that I have read that deals with a female being a sex addict. This book was pretty hard to read in some ways because both of the characters are struggling with being an addict, we're dealing with a sex addict and an alcoholic. For them to be so young, they're struggling with something so serious. I liked that the book wasn't some mushy romance. The characters were in love, but that love was painful. The entire time I was reading the book I was hoping that things would start to magically get better for them because of everything they were going through, but in this story, that didn't happen. But that is what made the story so realistic!
