The Garde are finally reunited, but do they have what it takes to win the war against the Mogadorians? Why I'm Wishing...
John Smith—Number Four—thought that things would change once the Garde found each other. They would stop running. They would fight the Mogadorians. And they would win.
But he was wrong. After facing off with the Mogadorian ruler and almost being annihilated, the Garde know they are drastically unprepared and hopelessly outgunned. Now they’re hiding out in Nine’s Chicago penthouse, trying to figure out their next move.
The six of them are powerful, but they’re not strong enough yet to take on an entire army—even with the return of an old ally. To defeat their enemy, the Garde must master their Legacies and learn to work together as a team. More importantly, they’ll have to discover the truth about the Elders and their plan for the Loric survivors.
And when the Garde receive a sign from Number Five—a crop circle in the shape of a Loric symbol—they know they are so close to being reunited. But could it be a trap? Time is running out, and the only thing they know for certain is that they have to get to Five before it’s too late.
The Garde may have lost battles, but they will not lose this war.
Lorien will rise again.
I've really been enjoying this series. It's been action packed with some pretty decent romance and I'm really curious to get to the end of it all. I don't know how many books are in the series, but I'm really excited for this one :) Ugh, and when is the next movie coming out?!
Other Books in this Series
I haven't read this series but I have heard some really great things about it. I might try to see if it's at the library in the future.

ReplyDeleteThere's one more, really?! I'm planning to pick up this series this year, next at the lastes, because I have to wait to gift the books before I can borrow them. :P I don't know why I had the impression after three it would be over, but I'm glad I was wrong. Thanks for stepping by and sharing, Janina. Have great Wednesday and happy reading. =)

I think the books are better. The movie was pretty good to me, but I was upset because it left out some of Four's legacies..
DeleteAh, man -haven't read the series yet. For some reason, although it's completely out of my comfort zone, I still want to start it sooo bad! I guess I'll have to pick book one up someday soon :)

I absolutely LOVED the first two books! The third book was kind of dumb in my opinion, like where he took the romance and everything, but I'm actually really excited for the rest of the series still! I think the authors have a chance to redeem themselves :)

I actually liked book 3 lol It was freaking action packed! But I don't really care for the romance in this series at all. I think I prefer six and four over sarah (if that's her name, i think)
