Wishlist Wednesday is a book blog hop where we will post about one book per week that has been on our wishlist for some time, or just added (it's entirely up to you), that we can't wait to get off the wishlist and onto our wonderful shelves.

Sever
(The Chemical Garden, #3)
by Lauren DeStefano
Releases |February 12th 2013 by Simon and Schuster Books for Young Readers|
Edition |Hardback, 384 pages|
Time is running out for Rhine in this conclusion to the New York Times bestselling Chemical Garden Trilogy.
With the clock ticking until the virus takes its toll, Rhine is desperate for answers. After enduring Vaughn’s worst, Rhine finds an unlikely ally in his brother, an eccentric inventor named Reed. She takes refuge in his dilapidated house, though the people she left behind refuse to stay in the past. While Gabriel haunts Rhine’s memories, Cecily is determined to be at Rhine’s side, even if Linden’s feelings are still caught between them.
Meanwhile, Rowan’s growing involvement in an underground resistance compels Rhine to reach him before he does something that cannot be undone. But what she discovers along the way has alarming implications for her future—and about the past her parents never had the chance to explain.
In this breathtaking conclusion to Lauren DeStefano’s Chemical Garden trilogy, everything Rhine knows to be true will be irrevocably shattered.
Why I'm Wishing...
I can't wait for the release of Sever! This is the final installment in the chemical garden series by Lauren DeStefano and it's a long wait :( But this series is amazing, but what will happen. I'm just so anxious! This is an amazing series and I definitely recommend it. At first I thought I wasn't going to like it, but I flew through books 1 and 2 :)
Other books in this series
I'm anxious to see how it ends. How they find a cure and her brother. I have a feeling Reed will solve it! And hopefully Rhine and Gabriel can get their HEA!
ReplyDeleteI still haven't read first two books! I know shame on me...but I've heard only good things about this series!
ReplyDeleteGreat pick.
Here is my Wow post
I have both Wither and Fever on my shelves, but I still haven't picked them up! I really need to, haha! I read the first couple of chapters of Wither, and it was really good, so I think I'll have to get to them soon!
ReplyDeleteGreat pick! I'm glad to see that you like this series so much!

I didn't read the blurb for this one as I have Wither on my bookshelf and didn't want to ruin anything for myself! The covers for this series are just so beautiful and the whole concept of the story sounds really interesting soon so I might just have to pick up Wither sooner rather than later! :)
ReplyDeleteA very long wait though until it comes out! Hope you get hold of a copy though when it's finally released!
