When a strange boy tumbles down a river embankment and lands at her feet, seventeen-year-old adrenaline junkie Deznee Cross snatches the opportunity to piss off her father by bringing the mysterious hottie with ice blue eyes home.
Except there’s something off with Kale. He wears her shoes in the shower, is overly fascinated with things like DVDs and vases, and acts like she’ll turn to dust if he touches her. It’s not until Dez’s father shows up, wielding a gun and knowing more about Kale than he should, that Dez realizes there’s more to this boy—and her father’s “law firm”—than she realized.
Kale has been a prisoner of Denazen Corporation—an organization devoted to collecting “special” kids known as Sixes and using them as weapons—his entire life. And, oh yeah, his touch? It kills. The two team up with a group of rogue Sixes hellbent on taking down Denazen before they’re caught and her father discovers the biggest secret of all. A secret Dez has spent her life keeping safe.
A secret Kale will kill to protect.
I was really excited to get my hands on a copy of Touch! I've heard nothing but wonderful things about it and it did not disappoint. It was an entertaining and fast paced read that I highly enjoyed and can't wait to pick up a copy of book 2 :) I definitely recommend this book!

The characters in this book were truly amazing! I enjoyed each and everyone of them and felt that each played a major role. You know how in some books there are some characters that you're confused about and you are left wondering what their purpose was...This book was nothing like that. Even the 'bad guys' played awesome roles! I never wanted to put the book down as I was reading it. It was action packed and was a page turner through and through.

Kale! I now see why all the girls have been swooning over Kale. He was to die for :) He was just so sweet and clueless at times. And our protagonist, Dez was awesome! I thought she played an awesome role and that attitude of hers...(hand claps) Amazing!

This was amazing and I definitely recommend it to all of you who love these kind of books! The author's writing style was enjoyable and easy to read. Everything came together with ease and it flowed. That is always a plus! Can't wait to read book 2!
